Accident involving vehicle prompts FELA suit

November 28th, 2007 · No Comments

A FELA lawsuit has been filed against Timothy Dobler. One of Dobler’s employees, Eugenia Johnson-Jones claims that while she was attempting to drop off crew members, the Alton & Southern vehicle she was operating was struck by Dobler.

Johnson-Jones claims that Dobler failed to control his vehicle, was driving at excessive speeds, and failed to yield the right of way. She claims that Alton & Southern were negligent in providing her a safe place to work.

Johnson-Jones suffered broken ribs, damaged teeth, left shoulder injures, and left knee injuries. She is suing for pain, mental anguish, lost wages, medical expenses, and disability.
