Jury Awards $4.3 Million Verdict to Railroad Worker

In March of this year, a jury in
Bridgeport, Connecticut awarded plaintiff Robert Ard, Jr. $4.3 million in damages for injuries sustained while working for Metro-North Railroad.  The injuries Mr. Ard suffered lead to his untimely death, as he was only 46 years old.  The damages will go to his estate.

Union Pacific Sued for Alleged FELA Violations
