New England Man Sues for Hammer Accident

A Massachusetts man who worked for the Providence & Worcester Railroad Co. has sued his employer for injuries suffered three years ago when he was struck in the face with a hammer, according to a report filed recently by Biz Journals.  The man, Dennis Madore, has filed his lawsuit under the protection of FELA.

Laborer Files FELA Claim Against Union Pacific
